At Lumber Furniture, we take pride in our handcrafted timber pieces; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for standard items in original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and bespoke orders are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a return authorization.
Secure Packaging
Carefully disassemble and pack the furniture in its original protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Schedule Collection
We will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to pick up the item from your location at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen inspect the returned piece for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
